Yeah, that might have something to do with why he's holding it so weird, because a lot of the weapons are held weirdly when the model detail or LOD is low.

I know. I love using the Loch-n-Load. It actually almost always one-hits scouts, so it's pretty effective. Damn, I LOVE killing heavies in 3 shots and they're like "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?"

Quality will get better, it's still processing.
I think the whole point of the grenade launcher is that you can bounce them off of walls, get kills around corners, and kill people who happen to stumble over them, unaware of their presence.
Not to mention the shoddy work on the weapon itself. No kill icon, the reload is fucked up, and you can do alot more damage with 4 grenades than 2 that have +10% damage.
The loch-n-load? More like the fuck-n-shit.

No, you're better off just going soldier if they were to explode on contact with walls
Really, just make it so that the grenades do normal direct damage. But have them explode on any surface, and make them travel faster and longer. The lack of 2 grenades is already a major downside.
It seems to be a downside to using c_ models. Most of the first few update weapons were not c_ models if I remember. So they had separate view and world models. easy to work with and animate, but more time consuming. It seems with c_ models it has to rely on a previous set of animations (usually the class defaults) to work as there are no view or world models, just one model. Kind of how GMod SWEPs get their world model animations, they use whatever animations their holdType defines.
I say make Loch n load more like Direct Hit:
-Mini crits on air
-60%- blast radius
-Grenades go faster and explode on touch

Please make it like this. PLEASE VALVE! This is what the Loch-n-Load should of been like the entire time. I mean, really Valve? I like the L&L, and I use it, but.. right now, it's a big-ass downgrade.
I'd say that Loch-n-Load should be like:
+25% damage
Detonates on impact on enemies or surfaces (explosion guaranteed)
+20% projectile speed
-50% clip size
Concentrated explosion (In practice this means the falloff is HUGE when you start being further away from a grenade. Just being like half a meter away deals only 25-30 dmg. However, it deals huge damage if it's right in your face.)
Actually, this should be the Loch-N-Load stats:
+20% damage
Explodes on contact with enemies or surfaces
-25% clip size
+20% projectile speed
