Looking for someone who can get a 24/7 dedicated server for me.

Alright so, although the title may seem like I'm just here to beg, well I'm not.
For a while now I have been hosting events and raffles for my Steam group, using my own server, it's been working quite well for a while now, but we've grown so much. That I think its time for us to get a 24/7 server.
The problem is, I am unable to pay, with cash that is. I do not have Paypal, and I don't quite have a debit/credit card either.
So I'm here wondering if, anyone could possibly get a server for me, from Gameservers.com for example.
Now how I would go about paying you is, I know this is gonna sound strange but.
With TF2 keys. I will of course value these at the current Paypal price, and for your troubles I will pay a little more.
I know this sounds difficult but I couldn't be to hard right?
I give you the months payment in keys, you go to a trading website, Tf2-trader.com for example. And sell them to a buyer for paypal, and keep whats left over for yourself.
We're in big need of a nice server, if anything goes wrong with it I can take responsibility, and any info or thoughts would be highly appreciated!
Idk why people are rating it funny.
A 24 slot server from them is $19/mo.
That's about 12 keys a month ($1.6/key) and that wouldn't be too hard for a whole community to support.
I could manage that with only 100 community members.
I'd say it's realistic seeing as I can manage a $75/mo bill every month for my tf2-related programming escapades.

Just go to a Wallgreens or any kind of store that offers pre-paid credit cards. Just buy those, and I think you're able to refill them somehow. Anyways, just use those and make a Paypal with them.
