Well it's 3 years since the first Mega Raffle happened back in the FHAIT on January 5th 2011. The first place prize for that Raffle was a Blighted Beak that was won by MarknTosh.

[b][u]RULES[/u][/b]

[b]The rules are the same as they have always been. but for those new to my raffles here's how it goes.

1. To enter you must add me and trade me at least 1 craft able hat, or Bill's, Buds, Gen., Unusual, and so on. (you may donate more than one, but it does not enhance you chance of winning, 1 entry per person. [No Ellis, or Paper. And try not to donate cancer hats]) You may also send a trade offer with your hat if I am not online or am busy.

2. I will take entries for 2 weeks or until the quota is met, so don't ask..

3. When you donate a hat give me your steam id (example: [url]http://steamcommunity.com/id/781948295829582[/url] ) That's how I keep track of you.

4. The prize claiming period: When the Raffle is drawn, I will try to contact you, please refrain from messaging me. After I go through the entire list a few times, and you fail to answer, you will have to contact me to get your prize. 2 weeks after that the prize claiming period will be closed and you will not be able to claim a hat. (left over hats are moved to the next raffle as prizes)

5. You may enter through WhatTheFox!! aswell [url]http://steamcommunity.com/id/WhatTheFox/[/url] but you still need to add me

6. It is mandatory to enter the steam group to enter the these raffles - [url]http://steamcommunity.com/groups/MegaRaffle#[/url]

7. I try to go in order so say 20th place doesn't get a hat before 10th, So in all fairness to those who will actually be online, I will give out prizes in twenties, first day 1st-20th, then the next day (the lowest number-40th and so on.

8. Asking for a hat that you do not qualify for, ie buds/bills/max when you are not in the designated places, will have you skipped for one day. It really gets old once you hear it 30 times

9. [Facepunch users] When posting in the Facepunch thread when the raffle is drawn, you MUST post a picture of the Pokemon that corresponds with your placement (only for the first time) ONLY AFTER THE RAFFLE HAS BEEN DRAWN, NOT BEFORE (There will be bonus prizes for certain Pokemon, to get the bonus prize you must post a picture of the Pokemon's Mega Evolved form) *I consider a FP user as one who has had an account for at least 2 months or has 200 posts.

10. The day of the drawing, DO NOT message me. Like it says in Rule 4, I will Message you.[/b]
