Separation (Some kind of interactive story forum hybrid thing about TF2 classes)

Yes, you read that title right, folks.

I will tell you the situation and what happens, and you will respond with a possible outcome. Please don't make this retarded, since I'm going to take this as an opportunity to write on the fly, with your input.

This is how it works: I tell you the situation. You say what YOU, the team, should do. We're all living inside of each team member's head, so we will think, speak, and act for them. I will check every so often, and the most popular choices will be what flies.

HOWEVER.
Every choice has a chance of failure, and depending on the riskiness of the action, I will decide the % of failure. We'll see how it goes.

TIEM 4 STAWREE

A round of Mann vs. Machine, which, for whatever reason, allowed all 9 classes to fight. Most of the classes are doing fine other than the Heavy. He's not using his minigun at all; rather performing very violent attacks with his bare fists, like ripping robots' heads/arms off and using them to fight the other robots. Each time one of the classes tried to confront him about this, he just gave them a dirty look and kept on his way.

Team status:
SCOUT: Good condition, good morale.
SOLDIER: Good condition, good morale.
PYRO: Good condition, good morale.
DEMOMAN: Good condition, good morale.
HEAVY: Good condition, aggressive and stand-offish.
ENGINEER: Good condition, good morale.
MEDIC: Good condition, good morale.
SNIPER: Good condition, good morale.
SPY: Good condition, good morale.

Where do you go from here?

Do you confront Heavy more, and risk him walking off? Or do you let him be, and let him be a possible danger to the team?

(It'll pick up, I'm just trying to get some exposition out before things get serious.)

EDIT: This is going for realism, not happening on a server. Votekicking, switching classes, etc. are impossible.
EDITEDIT: The classes are the actual classes seen in the Meet the Team videos, not users.
