How do I use my Tour of Duty ticket on my custom HUD?

You should just hit Ragequit.

(On topic, it doesn't seem like you can access it without removing the HUD. You could always check for updates for it too)

playpve didn't work so I just removed the HUD and got into the matchmaking.
Needless to say I didn't find ANY game to play in :P Thanks anyway!

Get rid of the main menu bit of your hud. Find "mainmenu_override.res" or similar and remove it.

It looks like you're using an old version of broeselhud. Go grab the latest version, BroeselBlue. It's in one of the discussions, in the "official" steam group, since they stopped making "official" updates to it. It'll have everything updated and I know for a fact the Co-op listing is there.
