Whenever I try to join a server it says "Client and Server product versions do not match." What does this mean?
It means that server hasn't updated yet.

it means the version for your tf2 doesn't match with the version of the server, you'll have to wait until the server owner updates it to the current version.
Server isn't matched with the update, yet. So these errors might happen.
