Recording Yourself in Demos

I am trying to record a video in TF2, however, you are not able to view yourself in Demos (3rd person isn't what I need.)

I read that Source TV may be a way to do it but from what I have read it doesn't make any goddamn sense. :colbert:

Source TV records everything that happens on the server.

I realize this but that isn't what I am asking.

I'm asking how to make Demo recording and source Tv work together so I can record myself.

I use SourceTV on my server. Though, i dont know how to smooth on SourceTV demos though.

So can anyone explain to me how to use source TV, then after that how to use the Demo recorder to playback the Source TV's version of the game in which would show myself playing?
