Idle around, you'll probably get them soon. It's what happened when I unlocked the Halloween achievements.

Same happened to me, got 2 milestones for soldier and got the 3rd weapon randomly, then went to demo, got the 1st weapon and milestone, then missed the eyelander for #2 :[
Just chill, I got my milestones but it took 30 minutes before I actually got the weapons. I got a camera beard too :3:
