Similar to the Targe, but also different.
Clicking mouse 1 starts the bugle session (but only when the bar is full)
When the session is started, a third person camera raises up, pointing down at an angle, showing you the full AOE for the session. As long as players stay within the radius, they will get mini-crits. Only friendlies can see the AOE however, so it will take some personal experience to know how to avoid when a session goes.
