Yeah all trash talk about the update can be thrown into one big thread.
Personally the only thing i dislike is the Direct hit, it's like an even more annoying lucksman.
I was hoping that the Crafting system would be similar to the drop system, in which a bunch of random items put together might randomly give you a hat.
The crafting system for creating hats is ridiculous, I know this is to keep the hats as rare but someone posted you need 85 primary weapons to make one class-specific hat.

They lied.
I hate the fact (and it's the same with every update), there aren't enough classes to get achievements. Not enough Engineers etc.
i hate the fact that even though i've had the milestone for a good 3 hours, i still dont have my eyelander.
I hate that the weapons you can craft can't get random abilities.

Actually on further review you actually need 112 weapons for a class-specific hat, 4 for class token, 9 for 3 scrap metals to make 1 reclaimed, so 27 to make 1 refined, 108 for 4 refined so it takes 112 items to make 4 refined metals and 1 class token.
I hoped I would be able to get that Camera Beard, but I don't have enough of the specific unlocks.
And the servers are filled with Demos and Soldiers which almost drives me crazy.
But it's a great update, but I'm considering going back in a week.

It might have just been the Steam servers getting stuffed, but they have been freaking out all night. After getting the Solly milestone 1, I "Unlocked" the Equalizer. It didn't show up in my inventory, and everytime I died it said I found a new one. I finally got sick of it and deleted the item to see if I would still get another. I did, so I restarted Steam, and I didn't have a single Equalizer in my backpack. The achievements, however, were still there. Now I need to either craft another, or wait until I get a new one randomly. FML.
I'm depressed that the game gave me all the new weapons within my first hour of playing. I had barely gotten Soldier milestone 1.
Now I've got no incentive to do the achievements :smith:

I fucking completed demoman milestone 1 and i still don't have the weapon
Now I wish I hadn't deleted all the dupes I got, I probably would've had enough for at least one hat if I hadn't.
I didn't have a random drop in like five weeks so now i,m all sad cuz I can't craft :saddowns:
I'm whining because all you guys are whining. This update is great in my opinion.
It's a good update, but a eyelander on a kill streak can be a bitch to kill.

I really love how they made useless duplicates into next to useless duplicates. Really worth the effort.
Like, if you had to fall approximately 336 weapons items to have real sure to get the right hat (112 weapons for class specific hat, and every class has 3 that can randomly drop, so 1/3 chance you will get the right one), it's really nuts. It's like extension to the random drop system. A little bit less random, but still a bitch to get what you want.
Why the fuck have they raped the Sandman?
The update broke my game, It crashes when i use the Direct Hit and i can't see the Targe or Eyelander when i'm using them and it crashes on map changes too.
How do you get the new boots?

but i got milestone 2 before milestone 3, didnt get anything for milestone 2 but did get something for milestone 3.

So many easy achievements for soldier are bugged, while the extremely hard ones work fine.
