ETF2L Season 8 Finals !
Tonight the many gruelling matches, maps and controversies have lead to this very occasion, the ETF2L Season 8 Premier Division Finals!
After battling hard through the play-off stages, 1st place in the league Epsilon Esports face 4th place finishers Blight Gaming in what will prove to be an exciting if not unfamiliar match-up of these top class teams.
Already facing each other in the Wireplay TF2 Finals, with a possibly unexpected win from Blight Gaming, and the ESL's Major Series Final with a win from Epsilon Esports, these teams know each other well and each have something to prove. Be it for the pride or the prizes there is no doubt that this game will be a nail-biting finale to the latest ETF2L season!
Epsilon eSports VS Blight Gaming
(Sneis, Cube, F2, Jh, Predz, Extremer) VS (mvp, ronny, havok, stefan, thy, gear)
The Maps being played tonight are (Badlands, Obscure and Gullywash as a decider)
Both TF2TV and ETF2L Radio are casting the game tonight, with the big difference being that TF2TV also has Stream.
Stream with Casting (TF2TV - Shox, Torden and Admirable)

SourceTV - Connect fakkelbrigade.eu:27100
The game should start around 21:15 CET (20:15 GMT)
While i do know that most of you aren't interested in Competitive TF2, it's always a good show and a good laugh to see something different. Hopefully you will like what you see and won't think it's a waste of your time.
Thank you :D
Another tournament match I probably won't watch
Cool beans.
Knowing both teams quite well, am expecting Epsilon to win even without Shintaz (One of their main Scouts). Should be a great game to watch though was expecting to see Badlands, Granary and Gullywash instead of Obscure.
From my experience the FP TF2 community isn't interested in competitive stuff.
The Source TV got changed to Connect fakkelbrigade.eu:27100
Ond kaja, quite obvious that FP doesn't like Competitive TF2 much, but.. It's a final, and not only there are Castings everywhere but also Streams, Source TVs and everything. It's a fantastic show and the community should all join in to watch this great match.
I haven't watched a TF2 tourny before. Is there a reason FP doesn't like competitive TF2?

Elitists and the rules (certain weapons are not allowed, only certain classes, etc) I think

Don't get me wrong, I watch competitive stuff myself, but this isn't the right place for an advertisement like this.

A small minority of competitive players are right jerks, FP tends to look at these minorities and generalise the rest of the community off it.
Personally I don't mind competitive gaming, it makes a change from the casual play style and watching it can be fun sometimes, especially when its competitive arena.
Scout vs Medic, last man standing, you could see where that match went off the top of your head. :v:
Saying this, don't derail this thread with "competitive gamers suck blah blah blah", don't like it, don't post, close the thread's tab.
My team is still in the running for the ETF2L Highlander tourney :>
I'm not interested in competitive play. I was, until some douchebag pro clan came in and beat us to a bloody pulp, us unable to do anything. The ETF2L community challenge was for competitive-newcomers, yet they ruined it for us.
Done.
