Anyone elses ragdolls not getting decapitated when killed w/ Eyelander?

Since the update yesterday that was *supposed* to fix everything, the ragdolls in my game no longer get decapitated when I kill someone with the Eyelander, nor does it play that gratifying blood splatter sound. Anyone else have this problem/know how to fix it?
