Yeah I said I was going to hold off on the video ,but this video isn't as good as I thought it would be so I'm just gonna put it up early. I tried fixing the sound too so the voices aren't louder then the narrator and they don't overlap. Tell me if it sounds better and I'd love to hear your criticism. Expect a much better one next week.

You should try other classes, as repeating heavy gets boring after 2 or so videos.
