TF2 hasn't been patched yet, so we don't know. However I suspect this will be available at the same time as the polycount weapons.

Alien Swarm will probably come on the mac in time, and then you'll get your hat that everyone already is tired of.

Hmm, I was thinking of another game that was released on Xbox Live about a year ago. It's called Alien Breed. The two games look practically the same.

But Pc already got and exclusive L4D hat and the Halo... and so much for valves whole "Mac will be tier one" promise

The Halo was because of a "incident" (and it sucks and doesn't look good at all)
The L4D hat was a purchase related item like the Sam & Max gear.

Valve is for equality, not elitism.
Valve is a PC developer, they have however expanded to the Mac. They never said that want to develop just for the mac.
