The kick option in MVM/Mann up, which I believe is a major flaw in the gamemode. Many times I've seen players being kicked for no reason, or because players want to. Some players think they have control of everything, which they do because of the kick option. I’ve seen it many times, many kick players because of their low tour levels or how they don’t follow player’s directions. The young aged players are kicked, unexperienced players are kicked, and low leveled tour players are kicked. But everyone should have a chance. I also think this is a waste of your time, you have many tour tickets, but you have been kicked. You have played on the last level, but have been voted off. Great, "they’ve" wasted your time of well spent playing. Its always that goal to earn something from the game, to finally use that ticket to keep you going. One time I’ve played Mann up, a player voted to kick a scout because he upgraded his Fan o’ War. Yes, just upgrading the Fan o’ War, this was also on the third level. He even said he did it on accident and was sorry, then kicked. But every kick is always an automatic kick. I hope you all would agree with me, the kick option for MVM is a flaw. A time waster, a rage maker, and a ticket waster. Thank you.
Welcome to Facepunch, we have threads if you're annoyed with game mechanics you can find here.
Next time, just post in an existant thread instead of starting your own thread. You'll get used to it.
Yeah, let's remove the kick option so people ruin each others' games by going "friendly hoovy" and leaving you one man down.
Step 1. flip the F1 = yes and F2 = no options
Step 2. ?????
Step 3. profit
This just in, OP had sympathy towards idiots and uncooperative players on Mann Up.

The only flaw is that the immunity is way too long. Instead of 5 mins, it should've been 2 mins or so because they're wasting time.
I admit i expected far worse from a thread with that username in the op, but it turns out it was not that bad.
just a friendly tip though: mvm is best played with friends, just like any other game out there focused on co-op gameplay. pub mvm is a rather umpleasant experience for the reasons you already mentioned.
Like Metaru said, play with friends. The pubs are really toxic, the meta game has made strict rules that you must ABSOLUTELY ADHERE TO OR SO HELP YOU GOD!! And of course the interactions are so random that you can go from a rather pleasant, and quick experience; to nothing but awful awfulness.
I got kicked one time because of my avatar on steam, that was proof enough to never again touch pub games, re-taught me that people are still venomous dicks, and I don't want to spend money just to interact with them when I can just save up to buy what I was trying to earn in the first place.

Your mileage may vary. I've been in pub games with several of the off-meta classes for two cities (Demoknight, Spy, Huntsman/SydneySleeper/Vanilla sniper, Pyro) and none of the powerhouse pubbers cared. Probably because they did well and knew what they were doing instead of experimenting and failing miserably.
Back on-topic for this thread, they should really allow for the kicking of spectators. If someone goes to spectate, there's fuck-all you can do because they can hide there all they want and won't get autokicked if they're active.
status in console, grab their userID
"callvote kick userIDgoeshere"
But yeah, they should do something about that.
