I tried out an fps config recently, and found that its effects on my graphics were a bit too great for my preferences, in terms of quality. Now, I deleted the autoexec.cfg and launch settings that it recommended, yet nothing changed in-game. I've done a clean reinstall in case any custom content I've been using was the problem. Now, my sensitivity feels like it's 1,000,000, my textures are incredibly low resolution, and my players look like this:

I've gone through my options, setting everything back to recommended levels, set my sensitivity back to normal, and used mat_reloadallmaterials. What do I do?

This. It'll put all your settings back to default ones so you can change them back, then delete the line.
