Post how many heads you have collected and what map it was on if you can remember.
Mine was 11 heads on Hightower. It gets really fun when you're overhealed with 315 health and as fast as a Scout (maybe faster)

When the WAR! Update was first released, I managed to get 33 heads. I haven't bothered with the Demoknight since then.

101, feasting on the souls of my own teammates in a friendly fire enabled idle server. I managed to actually survive indefinitely because the health bonus per decapitation was enough to outweigh the trigger_hurt.
My highest is 18 and I play demoknight all the time, you guys are nuts!
