Soldier's rocket launcher and demoman's grenade/sticky launcher break law of physics

I posted this in the Steampowered forums but I want to post it here to know what people think about it.
I think this has become a small issue since the demoman received his chargin targe. Whenever the demoman charges, the grenades they fire are only slightly faster than the speed the demoman is charging at. In reality the grenade should go much faster than the demoman since it's moving at the same speed as the demoman is + the speed from the force exherted by the grenade launcher.
This means that if the grenade moves at 20mph when fired and the demoman is moving at 40mph then the grenade launched while charging should clearly move at 60mph. This could also be a buff to the shield by having the stickies and grenades launch much farther when charging.
It's a videogame.
Life doesn't have a health bar, so you can't fall 100 feet and still do everything fine, but if you do it again you die.
Yeah and the people who are using rockets and grenades to jump higher into the air should be going in an arc of 67 degrees at all times.
Explain respawning.
If you take air resistance into account, their relative velocity would not add up as nicely as you laid out before us.
And make sure you take the Coriolis effect into account.

Black Magic.
Scouts double jumping?
Explain respawning.
Electrical storms in the atmosphere during the 1950's caused extremely high amounts of electrons to be concentrated in the atmosphere. Harnessing those electrons, you're capable of regenerating DNA into a full body within seconds. All the mercs are clones of similar humans merged together to make the perfect person in that situation, like Mister 47, but only good at one thing.
Cool, now tell us how Rocket jumping is unrealistic too!
Explain crits.
Explain crits.
Simple. Crits are just rockets/bombs/bullets that have been charged electrically and randomly placed in the player's ammo pool. Charged bullets shock the target when they hit them, causing more injury. Charged explosives will explode more violently.
Like I've said before, games are supposed to be fun, not realistic.
I'm more curious as to how the scout double jumps. And how his legs aren't broken while doing it.

He does.

Explain the medi-gun.
He does.
When the scout double jumps, his leg bones rapidly degenerate into a gas state, excreting from holes in his feet, pushing him upwards. Then nuclear powered batteries in his pants send radiation power to his legs to regenerate his legbones, this process only works when his feet touch the ground so he can't triple jump.
I'm curious to know as to why the heavy's body is so unproportional
Explain the Dead Ringer.

Which just appears out of thin air.
And while your "invisible", if anyone shoots you, you get massive damage reductions? xD

Did i mention inflatable? Basically its an airbag

Lemme guess. Its hidden inside the watch?

How do electrically charged explosives explode harder?
The guy has a point, though- launching pipes further/with more force would be a nice buff to the Targe. The game doesn't have to be realistic, but it seems legitimately interesting gameplay-wise.

Or we can just leave it as it is since it's certainly not underpowered.

It doesn't need a buff, but this would be a nice addition that wouldn't make it any more overpowered than it may or may not be.
explain the pyro's anonimity.
Part of the advanced jumps require physics to be broken. When you are falling and doing a pogo you need the rocket to be going about the same speed as you, its much harder if it goes faster, like the direct hit.
Explain cloaking, dead ringer, and how the dispenser's parts morph out of eachother.
Okay, answer to all the questions here.
Warning, horrible music.
