Looking for some TF2 skins, don't know where to look

First off I'm sorry if this should go in a thread rather than its own, but I'm not sure.

I recently had to reinstall TF2 and I lost my skins. I don't know where to go to get new ones since FPSBanana closed, and I'm looking for one in particular that I loved.

It made the RED team wear cold war era USSR uniforms. Gave it a really cool style. Does anyone know where I can get this again?

Also a link to the new TF2 skin emporium or what have you.

I've checked that. Those are individual items, mostly hats. Not exactly what I'm looking for but thanks.
