Is there a link to a model viewer for TF2? I can't find any by Google Searching. At least, not thoroughly
You hit the tools tab in your steam window.

Then you download and load up the Source SDK
Go to the tools tab in Steam and download the Source SDK.
Click on Model viewer twice.
