• Tf2 Skins Not Working

So I made a basic skin to test it out, and no matter what I do I just cannot seem to get it working. I used GFScape and VTFedit and renamed the picture c_scattergun and all of that, then resaved it as a VTF. Then the person I was watching said you need to have it in tf/custom/foldername/materials/models/weapons/c_models/c_scattergun, so I did. I've also made certain that sv_pure is not on since I'm basically on a server by myself anyway and I can use the commands, I really need help figuring this out. Have you tried asking in the chat thread? You should always ask in the chat thread before making a new thread.
