Sadly however its a little bugged so we're experiancing a hybrid edition for the moment. When he shows up at the round start, he will say "Its just like Christmas morning". He will then hunt you down and make you bleed to death. I believe its a 70% chance that Saxton will appear, while CBS, HHHJr and Vangie share the other 30%.

Demoman, Sniper, and Engineer are already covered.
