Something I ran into while searching some FaN techniques. The video's description has a link to the Steam Forums, a script is posted somewhere which makes this easy to do.
This technique allows you to jump over the Battlements fencing in 2fort, for example.

Well, the video was originally posted almost a year ago, but I'm going to rate informative instead of late because I haven't seen this video yet.
This is pretty late.
Someone figured out how to do this soon after the update that changed how the FaN pushed you in mid-air.
New? I do that all the time and I found it by myself
Also, this is the only reason why I still using the FaN

Did you know you could charge up the sticky launcher? I never knew that until yesterday when I holded my mouse button while holding the sticky and hearing a weird charging noise :(
(now I can throw stickies farther! *wrangled*)
On that one map with the big bridge in the middle (I think it's called doublecross) I like to confuse people by double jumping right off of the edge and using the FaN to propel myself far enough to get right to the other team's sewer.

Really late, but I'm not surprised a lot of people don't know about this. I hardly see any scouts that carry the fan do this.
This Force Jump Technique alone is why sometimes on a few maps I pick the Fan over Scattergun.

One of my favorite things to do with this is go on some random 2fort server just to harass snipers on the battlements, they never see me coming.
This is the reason why I use the FaN in the first place. And why the hell would you need a script for this seriously? Just jump; fire downward at an 45 degree angle; done!

I FaN jump like i rocket jump.
It's amazing a lot of people don't know about this already.
Best reason to use the FaN
I wish when you looked downwards you could go a little farther down with your mouse and look behind you (say, 5 degrees).
Would make rocket/FaN jumping easier.
