I heard that 2Fort 2 Furious was keeping that secure but I've heard of a few servers that have it? Was it released?

I've got it in my vault. Also, 2f2f doesn't use it enough (at least not in Euro time). I think I'd be compelled to use my headset more often if it was used at least a bit more often.
i like how a single plugin can make an entire server sing either they like it or not
