Hahaha, I just saw the caption for the past Emporium.
I wonder what silly shenanigans will happen in this thread.
thank you

And 10% grouchy modders!

BUT THAT'S 110%!
Witchcraft, I say.
Finally, been waiting to ask for advice and show off shitty 3DS perspective view screens
First model I've ever made, turning out decently. The theme is supposed to have it built out of scrap metal, but I am unsure if it's just too blocky.

The grip and the open area of the barrel will have a fence texture around it (the barrel one will be different, the way I drew it looks shitty). The back block moves when firing/ejecting, and there is no bottom of the grip, only a locking ammo cartridge.

The fenced areas will be a little less blocky, of course, but should there be some noticeable smoothing in places in the design before I venture forward into a realm where I know even less of what I am doing?
Let's not forget the old John Grisham Highlander Group

Only if you pick and choose what you deem acceptable.

Well how else do you think Daimao does his thing when he's 50% blind and 100% colorblind.
Looking forward to some more mods from the FP community. :buddy:

I compiled the vmodel and the wmodel.
However I am afraid of going to fpsbanana now...
Noticed some clipping near the end of the animation. :v:
I think it's going to be:
4% bitching about Josh's new avatar
14% people posting pictures of mods that will never come out
35% posts about NOTHING related to the Emporium
29% requests for things already made and posted in older Emporiums but people are too lazy to go back and read through them.
2% mods actually being released
16% flaming
Can't wait for that Yatagarasu's Key to be released. That's one mod I'd actually use.
EDIT: WOW FUCK
hahahah :v:
Noticed some clipping near the end of the animation. :v:
That probably won't be noticeable in game. If you've ever seen the actual knife animation slowed down, there's tons of clipping.

Yeah, quite a lot of the TF2 animations have clipping. They just go so fast that you can't see it happen in-game. Like how the Engineer stuffs the clip into his pistol completely clipping the side.
...OH WAIT I forgot that Valve fucked up the pistol and now he loads invisible clips. I already fixed this with my own items_game, but it doesn't work online. :frown:
Well okay then, I wouldn't notice it, but it isn't safe to say it.

Until I get an answer on that I want to work on Burning Gundamn arm for Gunslinger. Google didn't find me a big image for the gaunlet, all the images are small. Anyone know where I could find HD gundamn images?

he already told you he also guaged it on the community's response to it. and if you remember, we all thought it was quite dumb.

He uses separate images for the avatars because when people change their avatars it's dynamic, because he used the url of their facepunch avatar.

Well you should img_thumb those pictures at first.
In the meantime, you still can model while using a lo-res image, it isn't necessary to have a pixel to pixel replica.
Unless of course, you're trying to do that.

Well its a detail thing. If i don't have an images bigger than 300x300 its hard to see the details needed for the model/thumnail

you DO realize we can CLICK the thumbnail so we can open a new window of the fullsized thing...right?

Cuts down on the chance of having enough mods that they get left out
