Friend gave me a guest pass so I figured I'd play tf2 for a bit.

I join a server and maybe after 1 minute:

'BILLS HAT'
'he has bills hat'

and then trade requests spammed me till I left the game.

Good first impression of tf2, no?

Try a different server, sometimes you can get idiot scammers like this. Just remember a Bill's hat is quite a precious item and a weapon is quite common.
