What is TF2 quirkiness? It's basically like greifing, but instead of hurting your team, you are hurting the enemy team. There are many ways to do this, and we'll discuss here.
My personal favorite is to penetrate enemy lines as scout, and run around in circles spamming x->5 while 2 or 3 enemies chase me. Once I did this to a scout, soldier, and sniper on the back of coldfront for 5 straight minutes until they killed me. By then, my team had recaptured the central point and was capturing the enemy's second.

I don't do that a lot but go spy with CnD, disguise as an ennemy scout and go to their spawn. Now spam Need a dispenser here while cloaked.
I use the Sydney Sleeper and the SMG on other snipers on 2fort.

This too, only with their engineers by disguising as one of them then standing on their dispenser.

Especially when the text shows it coming from their mouth
I play sniper very well.
I yell "SPYSPYSPYSPYSPYSPY!" into my mic right as an enemy spy uncloaks to stab a medic.

i go civilian and watch as the other team stares at me while my team is capping
use the sniper spray to confuse enemy snipers

Oh god, I built up on the roof of Badwater today and every time they pushed in with an uber me and maybe 3 other engineers would coordinate a mass picking up of sentries just to put them back in a defensive position as soon as their uber ran out.
I also gave a hat to the guy who was my pocket medic when I went Heavy. Hoping karma will give me a Teddy Roosebelt someday.

well uh i just sort of go rocket jumper soldier and bounce around with half the enemy team trying to catch me while my team goes forwards
I go to the BLU spawn on a PL map and keep spawn camping an engie that wants to build a lvl 3 sentry while he keeps spamming "OMG NOOB", "PLAY BETTER CLASS", and "GET SKILL!" after I kill him.
And the dumbest part is that I understand he'd get angry but for what? I'm doing my job. If I hadn't killed him my disorganized team wouldn't have been able to organize an offense that would've gotten past the sentry.
use the half zatochi
Use deadringer, after being killed, stand in door way to keep enemy from escaping from team. Decloak in kill cam.
