So the new crafting is cool. I combined some Jarates to get a Sniper token.
Well I tried it with the Spy. I combined four Cloak and Daggers to get a Spy token. Well, it told me that "the Craft Server is unavailable." So I stop, thinking that too many people were trying to craft. So after playing the new maps, I go back to my inventory, and wham. All four of my Cloak and Daggers are gone. It apparently decided that I [i]did[/i] get something for crafting, but I didn't. I'm afraid it might happen to all my Sandmen because I did that earlier, but I still have them.
I want my Spy stuff back.
Valve's going to fix this or a royal shit storm is gonna occur (if not already)

sorry, but you will have to give up a few eyelanders and targes to get the demo tokens. You'll just ahve to get them through random drops and achievements. The tokens do also apply to weapons, though. I just feel that hats are more substantial.
I just accidently crafted my only Axtinguisher. Is it possible to undo it?
It happened to my Sandmen, too.

You'll have to
a) pick up another one in game/idling
b)do the necessary pyro achievements.
And for some reason, I can only smelt some of my primary weapons. Weapons like the FAN, and Natascha smelt, but the Ambassador and the Kritzkrieg don't.
kritzkrieg is a secondary weapon
blut is primary
this is why you don't try to use any new stuff on day one of a tf2 update. its always going to be bugged.

My three Ambassadors won't craft. It doesn't show me the blueprints I can use.
Unfortunately, I pressed the Craft button anyway, and it told me that the Craft server is unavailable.
So this pretty much means I lost my Ambassadors.
yeah i want to undo crafting :( crafted my 3 refined metal to get medic's mirror and then crafted my hatless sniper and medic's mirror, only to get a dupe panama >.< i regret that stupid decision

See, I only want my 1 favorite hat for each class. Once that is done, I shall stop Idling. As of now, I have 4 out of 9. What do I do with the others? I craft them together. So where is the problem?
I crafted the Soldier's Stash. Three times. Out of the 30-some hats there are, I get the same one three times? What the fuck. I'm the unluckiest hat owner there is.

Rule of thumb: Don't craft hats together unless you have lots to spare. In the end it just isn't worth it. I figured that out through that crafting simulation game where it sped up time and simulated a TF2 backpack. More often than not crafting two hats together yielded hats I didn't want. It's best to just not craft two hats together unless they're duplicates and you're not getting rid of the last copy of any hat.
For example, if you have two football helmets, don't craft them. That will eliminate all your football helmets and the hat you get in return could be something worse. However, if you have another set of duplicate hats, then craft those together. Like if you have two football helmets and two batter's helmets, then craft football helmet + batter's helmet. That way you still have a football helmet and a batter's helmet while gaining another hat.
I know it's hard to resist the temptation, but it's worth it in the end. I finally crafted up three refined metals only to have it give me a Fancy Fedora. I already had the Backbiter's Billycock, so now all my hats are Spy hats. I'm SO tempted to craft them together, but I really like having a Spy hat and it's a lot safer to just keep the Spy hats than to craft them away.
