[b]Step 2)[/b] Open console. (Enable from Options>Keyboard>Advanced)
[b]Step 3)[/b] Type "[b]bind j itemtest[/b]" (j can be replaced with any letter)
[b]Step 4)[/b] Type "[b]map itemtest[/b]"
[b]Step 5)[/b] Press J and select a class from the top.

[b]Step 6)[/b] Select a hat for that class and apply an unusual effect and paint. Paint is optional.

[b]Step 7)[/b] Hit Apply Test Items near the bottom.

[b]Step 8)[/b] A bot with the hat should appear. To take a picture, hit F12. (That's what it's usually binded to.) It is recommended you also type "[b]r_drawviewmodel 0[/b]" and "[b]cl_drawhud 0[/b]" to take a nice picture.

[b]Tip)[/b] To make a class wear a different classes hat, set up the headgear, and then just untick the class the headgear belongs to, and tick a new class.
