Major Update Speculation V33 - Tomorrow For Sure

here we speculate about major updates. the next big one is coming out tomorrow, for sure

[B]PREVIOUSLY, on MAJOR UPDATE SPECULATION[/B] (as of July 4th)[B]:[/B] The major update hasn't happened, but a couple of smaller updates have hinted that the major update will be coming soon. [I]"Internal system changes in preparation for a future update."[/I] Recently, on the [URL="https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHy7G7ndrUmq933tLi_nTlFlvmJKZpmAi"]TF youtube's Taunt playlist[/URL], 4 private videos were discovered. It is assumed that confirms there will be at least 4 taunts in the update. A couple of MUS threads ago, in 29, user TwoYearLurker discovered the file [URL="https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1488921&p=49006098&viewfull=1#post49006098"]texture_preload_list.txt[/URL], which has been shown to contain many files that Valve seemed to be working on at some point, some of it has made it into the game. The developers of the PASS Time gamemode have [URL="https://steamcommunity.com/groups/PASSTimeOfficial#announcements/detail/869572631010582727"]announced[/URL] a new map they are working on, [URL="https://imgur.com/gallery/28Rd3"]District[/URL]. Streamers such as Slin and b4nny have told us they're excited about the update, with Slin saying it's "right around the corner." Soon, we hope!

Here's a repost of the second-to-last post of the previous thread, in cased anyone missed it.

I hope any weapons they may have had planned for Engie vs Spy are repurposed for this update or another. In particular I'd really like to see a new Spy watch because as far as I'm aware it's the only weapon slot that hasn't had a single new addition since the class's specific update.
