After seeing a plentiful amount of hilariously bad item renames in the Fresh Meat thread, I feel the topic is worthy enough for it's own thread.
Whether it's something you found on a random server, an unfortunate victim of the free name/description tags given out at Smissmas or something your friend has which you can't help but share, post away here.
Try to keep content original though, try to post something everyone hasn't seen a million times. Plus this thread is for noteworthy renames, not just "Show off all your renamed items because this is a rename thread." You can post something you have if it's relevant to conversation, but don't spam the thread with a dozen links to your backpack on TF2B.

Believe it or not, a Name Tag was my very first item drop. And, I cannot say I used it well.
I used it on a basic pistol, and called it 'Vera'. Good reference, bad item choice.
