I believe if you're not logged onto the site, it won't give you the details of the trader.
If you are logged on I think there must be a setting that a trader can choose to continue not showing their information.

It's because their profile is private and that name is a placeholder.
Useful for people who have a lot of unusuals and get friend invites all the damn time.

If you want to know, I'm convinced it is a subtle way of preventing banned people from using TF2tp.
You can also change the setting to hide your profile either way, even to people who are logged in
