Is there a command I can use to reset my mouse settings to default?

disable tf2 syncing with the steam cloud

delete the "cfg" folder in the /tf directory

remove anything in the custom folder

in tf2s launch options, put "-autoconfig" (make sure you take this out when you finish)

start tf2

In theory this should work but its been ages since i've had to so it may not anymore

Why do you want to do that? Just curious. I might be able to help with the mouse setting resetting.

I fucked them up pretty bad and cant seem to get them right again.

I also messed up the voice commands with key bindings.
