Super Mario Crossover is a Fan-made flash game created by Jay Pavlina and Zach Robinson from [url=http://www.explodingrabbit.com]Exploding Rabbit.[/url]
It allows you to play as 10 different Characters from the NES/SNES era of games including:
Bill Rizer (Contra)
Link (Legend of Zelda)
Mario (Super Mario Bros.)
Mega Man (Mega Man 1-6,9-10)
Ryu (Ninja Gaiden)
Samus Aran (Metroid)
Simon (Castlevania)
SOPHIA III (Master Blaster)
Luigi (Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels)
Bass (Megaman 10 version)
The characters control almost the same as in their respective games, there is an ingame tutorial if you need help.
Some characters also include Alternate Skins in 2.0. These skins play the same as the original character. To change the skins hit 'X' when selecting the character.

Bill - Lance Bean
Simon Balmont - Trevor Balmont - RD-008 (not sure who that is)
Megaman - Rock (Megaman without a helme) and Protoman

Ryu - Haggle Man from "Game Center CX: Arino's Challenge 2"
Sophia III - Sophia J7
Samus - Dark Samus, "Justin Bailey" (no suit) Samus
The graphics can be changed as well in the options menu. Graphics range from NES, SNES and Gameboy. You can also Mix and match, for example:
NES Style level, with a SNES Samus and Super Mario Land 2 Style Enemies

Music is done the same way, with some of the Alternate Skins having their own music as well.

It hasn't been fully updated for 2.0 yet so a lot of it is out of date.
Its really fun game I recommend you check it out.

Pretty interesting stuff, although Megaman & Bass losing all of their weapons if they die is a pain in the ass. Got stuck on 5-4 with one life left when I decided to save. :suicide:
