General Gaming Thread - Not threadworthy? Have a question or want to chat? Post here! - Games

As the title suggest, this is just a general gaming thread. If you have a random question, and perhaps there isn't a thread on the game, but you don't want to make a huge megathread, just chat it up here and chill with the other general gaming peeps. But there is a downside - if you make a thread on a game when there is no existing thread, but it has virtually no information and is just asking maybe one question, I will lock it and perhaps ban. That shit goes in here. Not to mention, you can also just discuss miscellaneous shit that perhaps doesn't deserve a thread or doesn't go in another thread. And hopefully this cleans up the forum a little bit. Just to get the ball rolling, how about we discuss the games we're really looking forward too and WHY? Other than L4D which is a given, I really can't wait for Project Origin, it looks fucking rad. Graphics look great and I can't wait to find out what happens next, as well as encounter those freaky as shit monsters and shit man that is whack. Does anyone else here like to play war games in general. Games like call of duty series, battlefield series, or even company of heros? I have been looking to start a clan. I actively play Call of Duty 4, I might hop back into Insurgency mod too. I am also looking to get into BF2 or BF2142.

I'm not really a fan or war games so much as quick battle games. For example, games like BF2 bores me to death. I really like CSS though. That being said, I don't really like COD4 multiplayer much either. I don't know, something about it just seems off.

I would for CoD4...But my FUCKING CD KEY BURNED ITSELF. I can't find it anywhere :( [b]Edit:[/b] I should get my mic working again. :3:

BF2 is fun to play for 1 on 1 with a friend and have vehicle duels.

Well that really depends. It's more of a team deathmatch game. War games are more open and usually more complicated. I like the simplicity of CSS, it's much more fun in my opinion.
