If you've ever contacted valve, sent a letter or received anything chances are Joel Hatfield has made that happen.
Joel is feeling a little down at the moment. Not got much confidence in himself or realizing how awesome he is.
So i took it on my self to show him just how much every one appreciates him.
If you've ever been helped by Joel leave a message on here. I'm planning on putting them all on to a nice big A3 poster that he can hand up. That way he'll be able to glance at it any time hes lacking in confidence and notice how many people rely on him.

If it wasn't for Joel, I wouldn't have this. You can see Gabe's signature on the bottom-left.
Joel Hatfield isn't even a real person, more like an answering bot. You can't find any information of him or anything that he would work for valve or shit.
