I like the games but all I see is 24/7 bunnyhop/surf/something stupid maps full of either boring silent people, or annoying ones. I'd probably play more if I could find decent guys to play with.

There used to be a pretty good server called Southern Meltdown for CSS that ran some pretty good maps and some awesome custom ones. I think it recently turned into a Gun Game and Deathmatch server though. Shame. The people there were a riot too. Didn't even restrict the AWP unless people started abusing it, if that's your thing

I could go for a Counter-Strike server with a friendly atmosphere. I usually only play with bots or on my brother's bot server because of all the other servers that have weapon restrictions, sv_pure (I use a lot of custom content in many of my games, and I get pissed off when a pure server breaks it all), and just general douche-bags and/or little kids screaming into their microphones.
I stopped playing for just that reason. I'll try to look for some good servers today.
