That do look fun.
Time to install The Sims 3 again i guess...
Can I be a weapons manufacturer and fuel african drug wars?
Can I play the military career and call in danger close artillery fire mini-games, demolish schools and cause general instability in the region with heavy handed, ignorant tactics and rules of engagement?
Then your Sim loses his leg after stepping on a land mine and has to live with it for the rest of his Sim-life and ends up being emotional damaged.
Death camps with more sim experiments!
Now I want to reinstall sims 3.
Was that Rise Against in Simlish in the trailer?
they better do a pets expansion
they better
Was that Rise Against in Simlish in the trailer?
Yeah, I think so. It sounded like that to me too.
I wonder though, if every job is visitable, like if you're Dynamic DNA (Police forensics track)
It would be kind of boring.
They need to add seasons and pets.

For some reason the danger of landmines in the Sim universe sounds hilariously fun to me.
An expansion where you can control Sims at work? I predicted it the moment I found out you couldn't.
I haven't bothered with Sims 3 expansions yet, they seem alright but 3 seems a bit wonky after 2 and they're a bit too expensive - I'm sure Sims 2 expansions were somewhat cheap at release, apart from the pointless Stuff Packs, but that could have been because I wasn't so interested in more varied games at the time.
I'll wait until they're dirt cheap, in roughly 2043 knowing EA.
EA games just release a fucking full game that doesn't needs like 8 expansion packs for fucks sakes
Now if only they made an online one again, I'm still pissed that something so awesome completely went under the radar for me.
It went down because it was shit.
At least thats what the friggin critics say
trailer looks great!
Is it out?
Not yet. Does anyone have World Adventures? Is it good?
Oh and the return of a Servo of some sort was entirely predictable.
Sims 2 expansions all had some unique sims (Ghost, Zombie, Werewolf, Vampire, Plant Creature etc.) and this one has Servos, did World Adventures have something... Do Mummies count?

It's pretty fucking awesome, they raised the bar for sims expansions, that's why I'm happy for this one.

Ye, I got for canopotic(Spelling?) jars and a mummy joined the family and I controlled him.
oh cool i get to play with fictional people again

Yeah, the return of Servos looks nice. But I'm not going to shell out money for any more expansions. I didn't even buy World Adventure Whatever.
I bet that had this in the making since before release, probably the reason they didn't put a proper military career in.
Will this expansion add new careers or just make the current ones better.
It adds new careers too, architect, doctor, firefighter, ghosthunter, inventor, private investigator, sculptor, stylist, and tattoo artist. I can't wait, it's also supposed to add earthquakes and rumored to get rid of the rabbit holes in the town.
I don't care what anybody says. World Adventures is awesome. Ambitions will be awesome.
EAxis has stepped up these two expansions compared to those from Sims 1 and 2.
Yeah, when they make a full Sims expansion they really do make it worth the buying in how much it adds to the game, both in objects and in features. And hell, if you aren't interested in one expansion, wait for the next one, I'll pass on World Adventures for now but Ambitions is already bought in my mind.

Sims 1 expansions were pretty damn awesome.

Oh how I miss "Makin' Magic" :frown:
that is one badass trailer.
Also by "Be a hero or mess with the neighbors as a firefighter" does that mean i can go apeshit with a klepto sim and axe their door down?
