Yeah I mean a game where if you find some duckt tape and some sticks you can tape them together and create your own weapons. Is there any kind of games. Doesent have to be Freeware just be buyable in the stores. I've tried stranded or what its called so don't meantion it ! If this is the wrong section FUCK ME !
I don't know of any weapons that are composed entirely of 'duckt tape' and sticks.

It was an example !

Spore, at least that might be as close as you get.
Stranded, or whatever that game was called where you are a british guy stranded on an island.
GMod? Fallout 3 has a limited weaponcrafting type thing, letting you put together previously worthless components to make one of a limited, predetermined set of weapon blueprints. I don't really think making a weapon from spare parts is something that features greatly in games or will in the future. But you can always make your own weaponry in real-life using random shit around your house. You can make a hand-cannon using a toilet roll cardboard thing, a ping pong ball, some duct tape, some spray I can't remember and an igniter I can't remember.

There was a game for PS2 where you could draw your own characters and play as them. It was pretty great. I always loved adding huge bat wings on some of the weak looking creatures and playing as them. Even changing the color on a creature had some effect on them It was called Graffiti Kingdom. It was pretty "kiddy", but great fun
Reminds me of Drawn to Life.
It was kinda like it, but anything drawn in Drawn to Life had no actual effect on the gameplay. You could draw a straight line as a sword and it would do the same thing as a very detailed sword In Graffiti Kingdom, anything changes how the character works. The charge part, for example, is the part needed to allow lasers and beams. The bigger the charge part, the bigger the beam (Stronger too). If you make a weapon (Which is any held weapon. Doesn't even have to go onto the hands. You can attach it to a tail, if you wanted) really long, it has more range
You know that game reminds me of some gamecube game i played back in junior high it worked the same way but you had to find tools and stuff to make your little creatures more detailed with different workings and stuff, like at the beginning you couldn't hand draw them but later i remember i got a tool that let me draw them by hand.
Gmod? :p
Alone in the Dark (4) kinda has something like it, you can combine different stuff to increase or alter their effectiveness (empty flammable fuel from glass bottles, tape a handkerchief to it to make a molotov, tape the bottle itself, attach a road flare so that as soon as you shoot it the whole thing will ignite etc etc)

Fun game, I played it a bit back when it came out. Too bad that it was so short, and had no real form of multiplayer. I preferred Graffiti Kingdom even though the story was written by some 10 year old with a strong liking of Anime.

After reading the OP, it's occurred to me how much the world needs a McGuyver videogame.
What's with all the threads with people asking for this and that type of game? On Topic: Notrium.
Second life. The whole game is player made content.
Second Life.
Source SDK.
Aww man, there was this awesome "stranded on a planet" survival game where you literally just scavenged space wreckage and random destroyed shit and put it together roguelike style but i forget the name ._.
Spore, at least that might be as close as you get.
I think Fallout 3 is the closest he'll get. After all you can make weapons out of a fucking lunchbox for christs sake.

Agree ^
gmod?
What About Garry's Mod? It has An Excellent Sandbox Layout enabling you to Create Objects or items. The weapons are....Good, Compared to most Games
Garry's Mod Spore (Kinda) Second Life Graffiti Kingdom (Sorta, sounds awesome, need to find that) Alone in the Dark 4 There, I pretty much listed what was already said, but those are all pretty good options.
