3 of my Steam Games dissapeared. Valve promises me refund.

So I had TF2, GMod and HL2. I had bought TF2 and GMod in that offer on Steam, and HL2 seperately.
After logging in to Steam today, I was gonna play some GMod, but what do I see? The only games left on my list are HL1 and TFC. I tried loggin off, logging in, restarting my PC, and I ended up contacting Steam Support.

Not 5 minutes ago I got a respond from Steam Support:

I'm not happy with Steam AT ALL right now. Sure, they suck at times, but this was just incredibly dumb.
have anyone else had this problem yet?

I'm not to happy with steam either.
For some reason steam servers don't want to connect for no reason what so ever and I've already tried everything to fix it.
Even sent a steam ticket in that hasn't been replied to for about 2 weeks now.
So steam basically just render the most important of my games useless.
