Does AA3 have artifical widescreen borders?

I have a problem in AA3 and im not exactly sure sometimes if its really a "problem" or a horrid "feature"

Is that some horrid feature or is it just me? and dont say its a Res problem because i tried all of them, and the only ones that looked worse were 16:4 which added Real Darker borders, Leading me to believe there is some evil border feature.

I've never had this issue at 1920x1200.

The border shows for people in 4:3 resolutions so you have the same view as someone with a wide screen monitor. So you aren't at a disadvantage.

it does it at ALL aspect ratio's,
I tried -fullscreen but not -noborders or -fullscreen 0
ill give results when near a computer with AA3
