Well it brings no results on ModDB so it's most likely a mod that some guy made that was never released

It says "coming soon" at the end, and was uploaded only around a week ago.
It definitely looks like it has potential. If they're still working on it, i wouldn't mind giving it a try.
Reminds me of the old days of abusing source engine mechanics with custom physmodels and such.
