I don't know about the rest of you but I'm getting flat out sick of Mw2. There are so many things that are wrong about that game it's pathetic. This is the only game I'm really looking forward to at the moment and was wondering if anyone else has heard of it yet.

I was talking with a friend about this earlier. Tom Clancy games have gone from realistic present to increasingly ridiculous near-future.
I really hope it's not to futuristic. If they go all out with the whole futuristic scenario they will undoubtedly ruin their game as of being an fps. I for one am not a fan of futuristic fps games but if it's just slightly futuristic no flying or sonar vision(or lasers) then I'm ok.

They've got automated machine-gun drones, lock-on sniper rifles, invisibility cloaks, crazy-ass armor, and shoulder-mounted missile launchers capable of destroying tanks. Sounds pretty futuristic to me.
Yeah but hopefully they wont implement all that. Into multiplayer that is.

Tom Clancy doesn't really have with this to do anymore. It's more like Ubisoft abusing the "Tom Clancy" titles.

Yes but Advanced War fighter was not that far into the future seeing as most of the tech was already created and could be used, this is like ridiculously futuristic, cloaking technology still has a lot to be tested and the drones with miniguns, i mean really?
Oh and cloaking is just a synthetic fabric i don't see how they just go in and out of cloaking all willy nilly.
I see the new Halo trailer is out.... Oh wait.
Well as long as it's nothing like section 8 it's something i'm going to be looking forward to.

Er... Shoulder mounted missile launchers TODAY can destroy tanks. Even the piss-weak 84mm rocket launcher (AT4) is perfectly capable of killing even the most heavily armored MBT with a direct hit. And don't even let me get started on the Javelin and Wire Guided systems.
I wonder how much it cost to make that live trailer.
