Serious Sam 2nd Encounter doesn't run well on Vista. Any way how?

I have SS 2nd Encounter and when I install it, it lags kind of.

Is there any way to prevent this?

I have x64 bit by the way.

Right click on the game exe and try running it in compatibility mode.
