I cannot start steam.

So after playing CSS for a little while (don't judge me)

I decided to browse the internet.

After I browsed the internet I decided I wanted to play some good old fashioned L4D2.

But when I clicked the icon, it didn't give the starting game notification, it didn't do anything at all! I tried right-clicking the steam thing in my startmenu bar thing but no luck I tried double clicking on steam on my desktop. None of my icons are working except for my browsers. Help?

Delete the steam.exe from your task manager(ctrl+alt+del). Look in processes.
