Having a System Shock marathon, any graphics mods?

I decided to have a System Shock marathon today. Someone said there were some graphics mods and fixes I should get. Any idea where I can find these?
By the way I'm playing 1, then maybe later 2.

Also I have no idea how to get System Shock running. You have to use DOSBOX, right?
