Already said thank you million times by purchasing their games. Can you explain point of this? (Not a sarcasm.)
<3 Valve. And just say "Thank You". So simple, but so cute :3
How does arse smell?
Because all sorts of valve employees visit facepunch, right?
Its not allowed to share joy and love in facepunch.
Only Jeep Barnett will possibly see it. Why not just send then a handwritten letter with love or email them...or just continue funding them by buying games? Nice thought though.
What about Fuck you Valve? Love and Hate towards this VG dev' both torn the fan's hearts...
If this was like after some Valve release I'd understand but this is just kinda dumb.
i wuv u valve [editline]8th February 2012[/editline]
Its not allowed to share joy and love in facepunch.
thats because you are all spazzes and faggy teens who think they are depressed
I mean it's ok to love valve, but this is obviously something someone's trying to do so valve notices it and gives you free shit etc.
I mean it's ok to love valve, but this is obviously something someone's trying to do so valve notices it and gives you free shit etc.
to me it looks like hes advertising thankyouvalve.net
Thank you for wasting my life on video games !
We gave Valve a lot of money (Steam) and now we have to thank them for it?
I'm guessing this is the next way to pry info from Valve because the "occupy Half-Life 2" stunt didn't work out. I'm guessing you're hoping Valve will give us some info by sucking up to them as much as possible?
Next step : Pay and send Alyx-like whores to Valve HQ. I think every new action to get HL3 info should be dumber than the previous one.
speaking of valve thanking, I had a dream last night that I whent to gabe's house accidentally and he had a whole bunch of christmas presents that were half life related that he gave me. He was pretty chill.

Everybody ever got invited to Valve headquarters and had an awesome time because Gabe is cool like that, but he had to wipe their memories because some drunk asshat showed them Half-Life 3. You were just recollecting it. He really is that chill.
Next step : Pay and send Alyx-like whores to Valve HQ. I think every new action to get HL3 info should be dumber than the previous one.
No no, no no. We need whores that are closer to Kleinner.
"and then OP got so far into Valves anus he could easily identify what it had eaten for dinner" THE END
Can someone lock this crap topic? There's no need to thank Valve. They have had our money. That's enough...
This is as childish as that girl who made a song relating to her wanting to be hired by Valve Are you like.. ten? -Tycho
Can someone lock this crap topic? There's no need to thank Valve. They have had our money. That's enough...
ffffffuuuuuuuu, if you want to thank valve - do it, otherwise stop talk crap.
The problem is Valve is currently completly giving the finger to every fan action attempted. -Usual daily mails sent to Marc Laidlaw, Gabe Newell?? ----> No answer, or totally vague answer. -Those two canadians setting next to Valve HQ??? ----> Best answer from Valve so far : they gave them food, they invited us in their office, they let them play DOTA 2... But still NO INFO on HL3/Ep3. -The answer to the first "HL3 T-shirt?" ----> T-shirt confirmed, HL3 NOT. -That Operation Crowbar? ---> Again, they answered to the fact : 1) they received the crowbars, 2) they will make something of them, 3) they even posted some photos of the crowbars next to Portal 2 awards, or for cutting chocolate. But still : NOTHING about HL3. -That current HL CFC?? ---> N.O.T.H.I.N.G. How a "thank you Valve" action is going to help us?? .... OK, in fact I "see" the true objective of the OP is just to thank Valve... Yeah, thank Valve... Go thank this developer who has published fifty-awarded GOTY games, has sold millions of their games, gain massive money from their Steam platform... Everyday the community is "thankful". We're not talking about that poor Raven Software company who completly fell into oblivion despite their sympathetic Singularity game, and the SoF series... Jesus, I can also add that we have the biggest modding community of the VG world, numerous people who work every day since more than 10 years, working their ass off and sometimes doing extremely long and complex remakes and enhancements of the original games and add-ons... So yeah, our "thanks" to Valve are already and since a decade, far beyond the words.
I appreciate the sentiment, OP, but as others have said, I'm sure our money is thanks enough for Valve.

Fuck you, Valve! Where is my Episode Three?

They made pretty awesome games, now they're just a COD map factory. :(
