Reinstalled fallout 3, but i hate the vanilla game play. Is there a mod out there that makes the game more realistic? I talking about like 1-2 bullet means a kill, not like in the vanilla where over 10 bullets to just wound your enemy. Also more weapons, armor, game play changes...ect.

hmm there is a bunch of mods if you want more weapons i suggest 20th century weapons v5 on fallout3nexus (got a link somewhere i can give it to you if you want). Good textures and mostly fast kills if in top condition(i think there is one of them which kills pretty fast dont remember) but there are alot of mods out there too.
the Wanderer mod is probably your best bet, I couldn't kill even the first super mutant.
Yeah wanderer mod aims to input more realism.
Good god, the Wanderer's Edition mod looks INTENSE.
It is,combine it with MMM and WMK for even more awesomeness
