I was playing this mod called Mistake of Pythagoras, and I was thinking...
What would happen if the Combine were a peace race, and helped us in our way to evolution? Because on the mod we see Citizens and Combines acting, and there is even one scene where a Combine throws a Citizen away, and gets beam'ed on his place.
What would our lifes be like?
our lives would be no different seeing as it's in a game...

So in essence, we would either be 4channers, not-gamers or not-programmers.
