• Headphones for the 360?

Hey all. This Christmas I've decided against getting more PC stuff (I'll already be occupied with Cataclysm.). I decided I'd get some 360 stuff this year. Here's my current list: CoD: BO 360 HDMI cable (Don't these only cost like 10 bucks?) New controller And, here's where I need you faithful Facepunchers to help me: I'm also wanting to get a good headset for the 360. Can anyone recommend me one?
The wired headset that you get with the 360. Don't mess around with different brands, just stick to the original. [editline]14th November 2010[/editline] Don't even touch the wireless ones. They're horrible.
The thing is Mono only so I would suggest sticking to the original wired headset, you can hear the game and your mates at the same time, like it was intended for.
Turtle beach.
Turtle beach.
Are they any good? My friend said they were pretty bad. Then again, he also thinks MW2 is better than Black Ops because it has quickscoping...
Why Codblops? On the 360 it's full of 12-year-olds, ESPECIALLY after Christmas it'll be worse.

But each to their own i guess. The X1's ive had have been through hell and they still work good. One of my friends even spilled his drink all over them, and nothing happened to them. Your friend is something else.
A HDMI cord can go for around $3 on eBay, you don't need a microsoft one, unless they have some weird outlet that you can only use their product.
I bought a pair of Tritton AX720s this summer and haven't been disappointed at all. I used to use Turtle Beach headphones, but I like these better. The main reason I bought these is because you can use them on 360, PS3, and PC, all of which I play. Since it sounds like you play 360 and PC, they seem like a good bet for you as well.
